Services are designed to support hiring needs, workforce alignment, and career positioning. All services are delivered based on the specific package or consultation selected at the time of purchase. No employment, placement, or outcome is guaranteed.

2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full prior to the start of work.
Consultations must be paid in advance to secure scheduling. Resume services begin only after payment and receipt of required information from the client.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Due to the nature of digital and professional services, refunds will not be issued for completed consultations, delivered documents, or partially completed work.
4. Scope of Services
Services include only what is outlined in the selected package or consultation.
Any additional requests, revisions beyond what is included, or expanded services may require additional fees.
5. Consultation Services

Consultations do not include resume rewriting or document creation unless a separate resume service is purchased.

Services are intended to improve presentation, positioning, and competitiveness, but hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
9. Limitation of Liability
SurePoint Talent Group LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes related to employment, hiring decisions, or use of provided materials.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
11. Candidate Relationship and Communications
Submission of information to SurePoint Talent Group LLC or communication with the company does not establish an agency, representation, or contractual relationship between the candidate and SurePoint Talent Group LLC. SurePoint Talent Group LLC identifies and connects candidates with potential opportunities based on business demand and alignment. Candidates are not considered represented for any specific role unless explicitly confirmed in writing by SurePoint Talent Group LLC. All communications, including feedback or general guidance, are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions remain solely at the discretion of the employer. By engaging with SurePoint Talent Group LLC, candidates acknowledge that opportunities are not guaranteed and are dependent on factors including, but not limited to, employer requirements, qualifications, and market conditions.
