Racine Reynolds spent over 15 years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant to Patient Liaison for 8 years then to Payroll Processor, HR Generalist for 3 years before she ever started a recruiting firm. She saw firsthand what happens when a unit is understaffed, when the wrong person gets hired, and when good workers leave because leadership never really understood what the job required day to day.
That experience sent her back to school for Human Resources Management. Not because it was the easy next step, but because she believed she could actually fix the problem from a different angle. She wanted to shape organizations from the inside, improve the way people were hired and supported, and build something she genuinely cared about.
SurePoint Talent Group is the result of that decision. A recruiting firm built on real industry experience, a deep respect for both businesses and candidates, and a commitment to only putting people in front of you who are worth your time.
