SurePoint Talent Group LLC ("SurePoint," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit www.surepointhire.com (the "Site"), communicate with us, or use our recruiting, talent acquisition, and human resources consulting services (the "Services").

By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to two groups:

Employer Clients who engage SurePoint for recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR consulting services.

Candidates and job seekers who submit information to be considered for opportunities. Candidates are never charged a fee for any SurePoint service.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide directly. Name, email address, phone number, mailing or business address, resume and employment history, job preferences and qualifications, company and role information (for employer Clients), and any information you submit through forms, email, or consultations.

B. Payment information. Payments are made by employer Clients and processed through third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems; payment processors handle that information under their own security and privacy terms.

C. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and analytics data, including through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

Evaluate and match candidates with employer hiring needs

Provide, deliver, and improve our Services

Communicate with candidates and Clients

Process payments from employer Clients

Maintain business and engagement records

Operate, secure, and improve the Site

Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use candidate information to charge candidates, because candidates are never charged for our Services.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting information to SurePoint does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, or employment. Candidates are evaluated based on alignment with Client hiring needs, and all hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

A. Employer Clients. We share candidate information with employer Clients only when relevant to a specific opportunity for which the candidate is being considered, and on a confidential basis.

B. Service providers. We share information with trusted third parties that support our operations, such as our website host (Squarespace), payment processors, email providers, and analytics providers. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.

C. Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SurePoint, our Clients, candidates, or others.

D. Business transfers. If SurePoint is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve the experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not function properly if you do.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

Categories collected. In the past twelve months, we may have collected identifiers (name, email, phone), professional or employment information (resume, employment history), commercial information (services engaged), and internet or network activity (usage data).

Purposes. We collect and use this information for recruiting and candidate evaluation, providing Services, communication, payment processing, and legal compliance, as described in Section 3.

Sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; to access your information; to request deletion; to request correction; to limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request to racine.reynolds@surepointhire.com. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days) and may verify your identity before processing. California residents may use an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
